When i was suffering from low back pain at the age of 28 then i was a little bit worried and bothered thinking why i was affected with such a severe pain in the lower back at so young age. But when i started doing research then i am surprised to know that i am not alone. Lower Back Pain causes more disability globally than any other condition, according to two research reports published by BMJ Journals on January 30 and March 24 in the Annals of the Rheumatic Diseases. As the world population continues to age, an urgent need exists for research to find out why and how LBP might be prevented or better managed, researchers write. So finally, after going through various research papers and analysis data i decided to write and spread awareness of back pain so that people can start taking care of their health and back when the pain is acute and in the primary stage.

Lower back pain in men and women can be mild to very severe based on its underlying causes and the condition of overall health. One of the most common reasons people develop low back pain is sitting long hours and wrong posture. By sitting for long hours we tend to forget how we have sat and gradually tilt to wrong positions due to this various Postural problems arises like spinal abnormalities along with muscular tensions and if we continue with same activities for months and years then we are certain to get affected with back pain or lower back pain.
Back pain can arise either on the upper side or lower side. Even neck pain is related to spine abnormalities and in medical terms, it is called as cervical spondylosis. Once a person comes across spine irregularities then pain in the neck, upper back, lower back, legs, shoulder, wrist, knee starts and I have personally experienced when i was going through chronic low back pain as my neck and left knee was also affected. Treatment to cure low back pain
Although people of all ages experience low back pain including both most active (sports people) and those who are sedentary — middle-aged to older adults, lightweight to overweight so treatments to cure it or prevent it varies and can’t be same for all category of people.
For example – People going through acute pain at the lower back got quick relief from hot and cold packs and some people don’t get quick relief even following a daily proper diet and regular exercises. Some people’s back pain get quickly cured by doing regular stretches and some take more time. Even some get relief from lower back pain relief treatments like chiropractic care, physiotherapy.
I was overweight and i was having a slight belly so this made my pain lower back pain worse so for me the first step of treatment was to reduce weight. So I started following appropriate food and daily walk and believe me i started seeing the results after 20 days. My experience says daily either morning walk or evening walk in nature connects self and nature responds in different ways. You try it and you will never be disappointed.
So the conclusion is the treatment of back pain or lower back pain could not be same for all. The treatment which provides results for some may not provide for other so there is no need to get disappointment if your back pain doesn’t respond to any one particular type of treatment.
